Head of Localities
Natalie works with localities to help them build age-friendly communities.

Natalie joined the Centre for Ageing Better in 2016, where her role is to help create more places where people can enjoy later life.

The localities team work directly through strategic partnerships with Greater Manchester, Leeds and Lincolnshire, and by supporting the UK affiliate network of the WHO’s Global Network of Age-friendly Cities and Communities. The network has a membership of over 50 places including city regions, cities, counties, covering a population of around 22 million people.

Natalie has over 15 years' experience in policy and programme management in the UK and elsewhere, including at Age UK London and at AARP in Washington, DC where she was responsible for identifying and translating international best practice in ageing for a United States context.
